# BLIA > BLIA is a free record of bank and credit union product terms, compiled from the institutions' own published documents, built for people and for AI agents over MCP. The free tier returns published values; source citations are not included. BLIA starts with chequing accounts in Canada and expands from there, toward more account types and more countries, starting with the EU. The MCP server is live and free, with no API key. ## Endpoint - MCP (streamable HTTP): `https://mcp.bliahub.com` - Authentication: none. Rate limited by caller IP. - Tools: `list_bank_products`, `get_product_terms`, `compare_products`, `list_offers` (welcome offers and how to qualify), `list_benefits` (account perks). All read-only. Nothing else is a tool. The rules and scope are resources: `blia://agent-guide`, `blia://coverage`, `blia://attributes`. ## Product - [Home](index.html): The BLIA vision, coverage, and roadmap. - [MCP connection guide](mcp-guide.html): Endpoint, tools, and setup for MCP clients. - [Agent operating spec, human-readable](for-agents.html): Routing rules for AI agents. - [AGENT_SPEC.md, machine-readable](AGENT_SPEC.md): The same operating spec in plain markdown. - [Change log](AGENT_SPEC.md): Dated changes to tools, responses and coverage, at the end of the same file. ## Legal - [Terms of Service](terms.html) - [Privacy Policy](privacy.html) ## Coverage BLIA covers BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC and TD, chequing accounts — the full Big Five. Coverage expands next to more account types, more institutions, and more countries. Confirm current scope with the `list_bank_products` tool. Do not assume coverage from this file alone. ## Notes BLIA is not a bank, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any institution it describes. BLIA does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any entry. A field returned as `not_published` or `unresolved` means unknown, never zero.
